- ‘Prosperous Picking’ Online Contest (the "Contest") is open to all Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents, except for employees of Mapletree Investments Pte Ltd, Mapletree Commercial Trust Management Ltd., Mapletree Commercial Property Management Pte. Ltd., their advertising agencies, employees of the tenants at VivoCity and their immediate families.
- All participants must be at least 18 years old.
- All online entries must be submitted by 15 February 2012, 11.59pm on which the contest closes. Incomplete/ invalid entries will be null and void.
- The Organisers will not be responsible for any loss of opportunity to participate in the Contest due to online entries not being received for any reasons whatsoever.
- By participating, you agree to receive future emails and SMS on the latest events and promotions from VivoCity.
- The contest is limited to one entry per person. Only entries with the correct answers will be eligible for a chance to win in the draw for the winners.
- The computerised draw to select the 25 winners will be conducted on 20 February 2012, 3.30pm at VivoCity's Centre Management Office, 1 HarbourFront Walk, #02-241, Singapore 098585.
- All weekly winners will be notified via email or phone. All prizes must be claimed within the stipulated period.
- For collection of prizes, the winner must present his/her NRIC/passport for verification purposes.
- If there is any discrepancy between the entry received and the documents produced for verification, the entry will be deemed as disqualified.
- The Organisers reserve the right to replace any winner if he/she is found to be disqualified.
- The decision of the Organisers is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
- Prizes must be accepted as provided. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash, and are subject to the Terms and Conditions set by the Organisers.
- The Organisers reserve the right to amend the Terms & Conditions of the Draw as they deem fit without prior notice.
