Pet Lovers Centre at the Pet Safari at VivoCity has introduced a fantastic service known as Puppy Bonus Plan. Puppy Bonus Plan will give owners access to tips, information and ideas on how to nurture their puppy into a thriving dog with their tasty, natural products.
Puppy Bonus Plan is for Owners with Puppies (aged 12 months and below) that are registered with AVA with a microchip implanted.
Customer can apply for Puppy Bonus Plan through 2 ways:
- Submit the application form together with a photocopy of Puppy's AVA Licence (with valid Microchip number printed on the AVA Licence) at any of our outlets island wide.
- Fax the application form together with a photocopy of Puppy's AVA Licence (with valid Microchip number printed on the AVA Licence) to our Customer Service Department @ 6742 3822
Once approved, the Customer Service will send the Notification Letter and a free pre-activated membership card (only applicable for non-members) to customer, which will take 14 working days to process.
With the notification letter, customer can collect the free Joining Pack which includes a bag of 1.5kg irresistible Finest Fish 4 Puppies, a Trustie Poop Bag Canister and, a Puppy Essentials Booklet.
