Precautionary Measures at VivoCity

Precautionary Measures at VivoCity

In line with the latest announcements made by the Multi-Ministry Taskforce (MTF) on 6 August 2021, VivoCity has aligned our precautionary measures implemented in the mall to keep you safe so you can shop with peace of mind.

SAFEENTRY CONTACT TRACING
All visitors to the mall are required to undergo mandatory SafeEntry check-in before entry. Visitors may present the QR code on your TraceTogether Token for scanning or scan the SafeEntry QR code using the TraceTogether App and present the success screen to our staff for entry.

INCREASE IN PERMISSIBLE GROUP SIZE AND RESUMPTION OF DINE-IN F&B
The permissible group size when meeting with family or friends in a public place has been increased to up to 5 persons. Dining-in at F&B establishments may now resume in groups of up to 5 persons if all the diners are fully vaccinated. Unvaccinated children aged 12 years and below may be included within the group of 5 persons as long as all the children are from the same household. Please be reminded to adhere to all safe management measures and keep your masks on at all times except when eating or drinking.

RESUMPTION OF PERSONALISED & BEAUTY SERVICES
Personal and beauty services that require masks to be removed (e.g. facial, sauna, facial grooming) may now resume for individuals who are fully vaccinated.

OCCUPANCY LIMIT FOR SHOPPING MALLS
Occupancy limit for shopping malls has been increased from 16sqm per person of Gross Floor Area (GFA), to 10sqm per person from 19 August 2021. Shoppers are advised to visit the mall outside peak hours for a better shopping experience at VivoCity as we expect the need for intermittent closures of our entrances to manage shopper load.

REDUCTION IN OPERATIONAL CAPACITY FOR CINEMAS AND PUBLIC LIBRARIES
Public libraries are allowed to operate at 50% capacity and Cinemas may operate within a capacity limit of up to 1,000 people if all are fully vaccinated or 50 people without testing.

COMPULSORY MASK-WEARING
Please be advised that it is mandatory to wear a mask before you enter and at all times when you are in the mall.
