Phase 2 Re-Opening at VivoCity
As the nation gears up for post-circuit breaker Phase 2 re-opening on 19 Jun 2020, please take note of the following precautionary measures implemented in VivoCity to keep you safe so you can shop with peace of mind.
SAFEENTRY CONTACT TRACING
All visitors to the mall are required to undergo mandatory temperature screening and submit personal data for contact tracing before entry. Visitors may present their physical ID (with barcode) for scanning or scan the SafeEntry QR code & present the success screen to our staff to enter the mall.
DESIGNATED ACCESS INTO VIVOCITY
Shoppers can gain access to VivoCity via these entrances:
(1) Visitors travelling via MRT
Basement 2 Entrance (from HarbourFront MRT Station)
(2) Visitors travelling via Public Bus / Taxis / Private Hire / On Foot
Level 1 Entrance (next to FairPrice Xtra)
Level 1 Entrance next to Lobby N (from Bus Stop)
Level 1 Entrance facing Promenade (near Customer Service Counter)
Level 1 Entrance from HarbourFront Centre^
Level 1 Entrance from Sentosa Boardwalk^
^Entrances operational from Friday – Sunday, PH & eve of PH only
(3) Visitors travelling via Private Cars / Motorcycles
Level 1 Carpark Entrance (from HarbourFront Walk)
Level 1 Carpark Entrance (from Telok Blangah Road)
Mall access from the carpark are limited to the following lobbies:
• Lobby B, Basement 1 & Basement 2
• Lobby F, Basement 1 & Basement 2
• Lobby J, Basement 2
• Lobby L, Basement 1 & Basement 2
• Lobby N, Level 1 & Level 3
• Lobby M, Level 2
(4) Visitors travelling via Sentosa Express
Level 3 Monorail Entrance
Due to requirements to stay within acceptable occupancy limits set for the mall, there may be intermittent closures of our entrances to manage shopper load. Shoppers are advised to visit the mall outside peak hours for a better shopping experience at VivoCity.
Please be advised that it is mandatory to wear a mask before you enter and at all times when you are in the mall.
RETAIL STORES & F&B OUTLETS RESUME OPERATIONS
Most retail stores & F&B outlets in the mall resume operations on 19 June 2020 to serve your needs. We now welcome diners at seated dining areas, subject to safe management measures implemented by respective outlets and limited to no more than 5 persons each table. Please refer to the store directory here for more information on the operating retail stores & F&B outlets.
The following facilities will not be operational during Phase 2:
• Play Court at Level 2
• Sky Park at Level 3
RE-OPENING OF CUSTOMER SERVICE COUNTERS
As of 19 Jun 2020, our Customer Service Counters at Basement 2 and Level 1 have resumed normal operations. All related services and redemptions are now available with safe management measures in place. For VivoRewards receipts submission, members may continue to do so via the VivoCity SG App.
