How do I redeem for mall incentives/gifts at VivoCity?

With effect from 15 Aug 2019, redemption of mall incentives/gifts at VivoCity is only available to shoppers with a registered VivoCity SG Account.

  • For new shoppers, simply download VivoCity SG App from Apple App Store or Google Play Store to create a VivoCity SG Account or visit our Customer Service Counters for assistance.
  • For shoppers with an existing VivoCity SG Account, you may proceed with the redemption via the Customer Service Counters by providing your in-app QR Code or registered email address.

Why do I require a VivoCity SG Account to redeem gifts or to enjoy exclusive mall promotions at VivoCity where I did not have to do so before?

The one-time registration for a VivoCity SG Account allows us to better enhance your shopping experience in VivoCity through seamless administration of gift redemptions at our Customer Service Counters. At the same time, you can also opt to receive information of our mall’s latest events, activities and promotions.

How do I qualify to register for a VivoCity SG Account?

Registration for a VivoCity SG Account is open to all shoppers aged 16 years and above at the time of application with a valid email address. Other mandatory information apply.

What is required to register for a VivoCity SG Account at the Customer Service Counter?

You would need to provide the following mandatory information to register for a VivoCity SG Account via a Self-Serve Registration Page at the Customer Service Counter:

  1. Full Name
  2. Mobile Number
  3. Email Address
  4. Postal Code
  5. Date of Birth
  6. Gender

Alternatively, simply download VivoCity SG App from Apple App Store or Google Play Store at your own convenience to create a VivoCity SG Account. Once you are successfully registered, you may proceed with the redemption by providing your registered email address.

I would like to redeem mall incentives/gifts but I do not wish to provide my personal details to the mall. 

You would need to provide the mandatory information to register for a VivoCity SG Account via a Self-Serve Registration Page prior to redeeming mall incentives/gifts. However, you may choose not to be contacted through email and/or mobile to receive updates and promotions from VivoCity upon registering your account.

What will VivoCity do with my personal details provided?

Personal details provided are used solely to identify an individual in the administration of gift redemptions at our Customer Service Counters. It includes sending you information of our mall’s latest events, activities and promotions should you opt in to be contacted at the point of registration.

I would like to sign up for a VivoCity SG Account via VivoCity SG App but I encountered an error message (“Duplicate Email”), what should I do?

Your email address is used as a unique identifier for your VivoCity SG Account and our system has identified a duplicate record. Please write in to support@vivocity.com.sg or head down to our Customer Service Counters on Basement 2 / Level 1 for assistance. Alternatively, you may sign up for an account using another email address.

I have signed up for a VivoCity SG Account at the Customer Service Counter but I do not have a password for my account. How do I log in via the VivoCity SG App?

As a first time user to the App, you will need to retrieve your account details by tapping on ‘New to the App? Sign up here’. Enter the email address used for your VivoCity SG account and proceed to verify your email. After successful verification, you may then complete your account setup by creating a password. For subsequent logins to the VivoCity SG App, you may use your registered email address and password to proceed.

I do not have an email address, but I wish to redeem for mall incentives/gifts. What should I do?

A valid email address is one of the mandatory information to register for a VivoCity SG Account prior to redeeming mall incentives/gifts. Should you not have an email address, you may consider signing up for a free email account.

I am a Tourist. Am I eligible to redeem for mall incentives/gifts if I do not have a VivoCity SG Account?

Yes, you may redeem for mall incentives/gifts. Please approach our Customer Service Counters on Basement 2 / Level 1 for assistance and present your passport and a valid travel document for verification.

I would like to find out more about the redemption of mall incentives/gifts. Where can I view the full terms & conditions?
