Brotzeit Comes of Age

This year, the year that Brotzeit’s Oktoberfest turns 18, marks something of a coming of age for the group of restaurants that has been serving up authentic German cuisine and hospitality since 2006. Starting with a single outlet at VivoCity, which is still the largest jewel in the Brotzeit crown, the group now operates another three thriving restaurants across the island at Katong, Raffles City and Westgate.

With maturity comes the confidence to break with convention, and this year Brotzeit is doing just that with a fresh spin on Oktoberfest entertainment.

Oktoberfest Must-Try

No Oktoberfest celebration is complete without a feast of hearty German food. Group Executive Chef Lorenz Raich and his crew have curated a special Oktoberfest menu featuring crowd-pleasing favourites such as crispy pork knuckle, roast pork belly, and succulent specialty sausages, along with a few surprises. Available at all four Brotzeit outlets in Singapore, this menu is a culinary delight.

An annual highlight, the epic Oktoberfest Platter comes laden with signature pork knuckle, crispy roasted pork belly, pork chops, Regensburger and Thüringer sausages, smoked chicken cheese sausages, oven-baked potato, bacon sauerkraut, and potato salad.
