Get ready to step into the world of LEGO® universes; from creating DUPLO® Aliens at DUPLO® Planet, breaking into dance moves at Systar System or catching aliens in Alien Jungle to being your own film director at Director In The Making!, each universe boasts exhilarating and immersive experiences that will guarantee great fun, all day long.

Riding on the success of the first LEGO® Movie™ in 2014, The LEGO® Movie 2™ is set to take the theatres by storm this February! And for everyone that cannot get enough, VivoCity will serve up extended fun by hosting The LEGO® Movie 2™ event at its central atrium on Level 1 in conjunction with the movie launch.

The event will be an ode to the 5 universes from the movie and feature fun games and activities that bring out the unique characteristics of each one. There will also be interactive stations and workshops with Singapore’s very own LEGO® Certified Professional for some hands-on enjoyment as well as a spectacular LEGO® display by Adults Fans of LEGO®!

• DUPLO® Planet: It has been five years since everything was awesome and the citizens are facing a huge threat: LEGO® DUPLO® Invaders from outer space are wrecking everything faster than they can rebuild. • Systar System: Emmet, Lucy, Batman™ and their friends travel to faraway, unexplored worlds, including a strange galaxy
  where everything is a musical. In the Systar System, Queen Watevra Wa’Nabi, the shape shifting ruler, and her people break into a catchy song and dance number every chance they get. Visit Systar System and have fun dancing to the music alongside your favourite heroes in this immersive augmented reality game.

Recommended ages: 5 years old and up

• Director In The Making!: Come film your very own awesome movie with the LEGO® Movie Maker Set! Choose an Apocalypseburg or Systar System background and plan your scenes with Emmet, Lucy, Rex and other great characters. Prepare your action props such as Emmet’s Escape Buggy and Rex’s Rexplorer, then proceed to place your smartphone on the camera stand to begin creating your own version of The LEGO® Movie 2™. This is the perfect opportunity for aspiring filmmakers of tomorrow.

• Alien Jungle: Emmet and his buddies are looking for an Awesome Builder to help rebuild the city. Help our heroes catch all the aliens at this interactive game by hitting the right coloured buttons as the aliens stream down the hyper lanes.

• Land of Apocalypseburg: Apocalypseburg is the beloved city of our heroes Emmet and Lucy and the citizens are facing a huge new threat after the events of Taco Tuesday. In Apocalypseburg, the weather is dusty and everyone is toughening up to restore harmony to make everything awesome again. Come enjoy the amazing builds in the Land of Apocalypseburg and feel free to take photos of the creations built by Adult Fans of LEGO®.
• LEGO® Graffiti Wall & Movie Character Trail: Located at West Boulevard (in front of Massimo Dutti), the LEGO® Graffiti Wall is an awesome place to unleash your creativity and build whatever you like with LEGO® bricks on the wall along with other builders, creating an ever-unique masterpiece! In addition, embark on the informative trail to find out more about The LEGO® Movie 2™ characters. Don’t forget to take photos with your favourite ones!

In celebration of its movie premiere, LEGO® Singapore is launching The LEGO® Movie 2™ 70840 ‘Welcome to Apocalypseburg!’ set – a massive 360 degree play experience that allows builders to recreate scenes from the movie and prepare for the alien invasion.
