 The all-new VivoRewards+ sees new upgrades on the rewards line-up and app features to create a more inclusive programme for all shoppers when they shop and dine at VivoCity.

Singapore 1 October 2021 – VivoCity, the largest retail and lifestyle destination in Singapore, unveils VivoRewards+, the upgraded shopper loyalty programme which sees the re-branding of the current VivoRewards programme into an all-inclusive programme, signalling a host of new offerings and benefits for members.

The most-anticipated change is the inclusion of a rewards catalogue where members can browse through and redeem from a plethora of rewards including shopping and discount vouchers, dining and lifestyle deals, mall vouchers, and the ever-popular Parking Credits redemption that has been the cornerstone of the programme’s success since it was first introduced.

VivoRewards+ marks a new milestone in our shopper reward journey and is a shift away from a simple parking rewards scheme to a full-fledged shopper loyalty program that is inclusive and has something of interest for every shopper,” says Gwen Au, Vice-President for Marketing Communications, Mapletree Commercial Property Management. “Shoppers can now redeem rewards in the form of eVouchers through the VivoCity SG App and store them in a newly introduced in-app e-wallet before using them in the stores. This convenient feature allows on-demand redemption of rewards and enables easy access for shoppers on the go. The process is simple and fuss-free and our members can track their VRPoints history and available vouchers easily through the available app features.”

In the new programme, VivoCity has retained the familiar “Shop.Snap.Upload” process of in-app receipt submission, and also the instant point awarding for shoppers who link up their VivoRewards+ and DBS account information. Shoppers can now exchange their available VRPoints for an eligible reward eVoucher listed in the reward catalogue for use when they visit the mall. For the redemption of Mapletree Vouchers, shoppers will need to present their redeemed eVoucher at the mall’s Customer Service Counter on level 1 to receive a physical voucher for use at any participating store in the mall.

For shopper-drivers who would like to use their VRPoints to offset parking charges instead, they can simply select Parking Credits under the list of rewards and redeem a desired value with their available VRPoints. The redeemed parking credits will be instantly credited into the account balance of the vehicle registered under the member’s profile. A member may register up to a maximum of 2 vehicles sharing the same parking credit balance.

All existing VivoRewards members are automatically enrolled in the VivoRewards+ programme. To check their status, members can simply update their VivoCity SG App through their app stores and sign in with their username and passwords as normal. They will then be taken through a tutorial showcasing the new features of VivoRewards+. Existing VivoRewards members with unused value in their parking credits balance will see the full amount transferred into their new membership and reflected under their Parking$ balance.

All shoppers aged 16 years and above can register for a VivoRewards+ account by downloading the VivoCity SG App and following through the account registration process. Shoppers who wish to also enrol their vehicles to offset parking charges should get the relevant IU numbers and license plate information ready.

To enrol for instant rewards through our partnership with DBS, shoppers should link up their DBS/POSB account information by clicking through the banner on the mall app’s Rewards page. While the link-up is made through the verification of the shopper’s DBS PayLah! login information, once linked, the shopper will receive instant VRPoints reward* when they use eligible payment methods including their DBS/POSB credit or debit cards, NETs and also PayLah! to make payments in VivoCity going forward.
