Saboten brings you our well-loved and in-season Hiroshima X-Large Oyster Katsu Special. These sweet, creamy and rich in taste. Each oyster is carefully hand coated with our freshly crushed breadcrumb and deep-fried to crispy and lovely golden brown and serves with our homemade tartar sauce.

That’s probably the best X-large Oyster Katsu you will find in town.

All our Set Menu comes with chawanmushi, chilled cabbage, 100% Japan imported rice, miso soup and our premium matcha ice cream.
